Ethnic Groups Have Harder Time Winning Claims Because of Discrimination
Many people make laws to stop discrimination but even these people who make the laws are racist when it comes to other races in the world. You may think that discrimination is just in some areas but did you know that there is discrimination even at the courtrooms? Yes, even judges and lawyers discriminate people who go to court and who are trying to win their case. It is really unfair for there to be judges and lawyers who are racist because it will be really difficult for people to win cases just because they are of a certain race or just because they have a different color of skin. Let us now look at some of the things that justify discrimination so without further due, let us begin.
One way that you can detect discrimination is when some people think that they are better than others. This is one sign that can tell you that that person is discriminating others who they do not really know that much. While some people are better than others in certain things such as knowledge or sports, everyone was created equal and if you train, you can actually learn these skills as well. Another way that you can detect discrimination and racism is by seeing if people think that they are a higher class than others. Any kind of discrimination is bad and if you detect it anywhere, you should really approach that person and talk to them about it and see if they will change their way.
If judges were racist, they can not really make fair judgments because they are racist against some people and this is really bad and must be stopped; the thing is, it is really hard to detect these kinds of discrimination. Winning a case is usually pretty easy especially if you are in the right but it becomes really hard to win a case when the judges are against you and if they are racist against you. If you think that judges and the people at court are free from bias and discrimination or anything like racism, you are mistaken because these people can be racist to these people who go to trial and who try to win their cases. If these judges and people in the court are like this, who will anyone win a case when the judge is racist against that person? There is not really much you can do about discrimination but you can try talking to people against it and see how they will react.
